American Society of Echocardiography Scientific Sessions

American Society of Echocardiography Scientific Sessions

  June 2016 in Seattle, Washington

Jason with his Seattle's best coffee and our favorite
booth mate - Twinkie the gorilla.

To the right:  Jason loves a walk down to the famous Gum Wall in Seattle.  This year they had cleaned the wall so there was not as much gum as we have seen on past visits, but it was still good!

Of course, as many of you know - traveling and working are difficult.  Here's a pic of Jason eating lunch and catching up with the staff back in Missouri.  Luckily Seattle has the best restaurants and we enjoyed every meal - even if we were on the phone while eating.

While we were in Washington we took an extra week and hiked the mountains and enjoyed the beach.

On the beach in La Push, Washington standing next to an amazing redwood tree that washed upon shore during a storm many years ago.  Google it, it's worth seeing!

Tree gazing in the Hoh Rainforest

Lunch at a resort in the Olympic National Park

Washington state is fantastic - and the national parks are worth visiting.
